The scented ceramic sculpture is a collaboration with artist Malwine Stauss. She works across sculpture and painting, and her practice explores ideas of transcendentalism, utopia and the supernatural. Her work is influenced by early twentieth century spiritist artists such as Hilma af Klint and Emma Kunz.

“I made these sculptures in a time when I was looking to slow my life down, to be more grounded, restful and introspective.” – Stauss

Stauss painted an original watercolour for the sculpture box. The artwork speaks to the softness of the sculpture.
